IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

EVENT REGISTRATION

We need everyone participating to pre-register so that everyone will receive a wristband at check-in. That can be done through the Get Your Fall Fest Tickets button below. Even if all you plan to do at the event is serve, please still pre-register!

SET-UP AND VOLUNTEER MEETING

• At the end of the morning service, we will begin setting the Worship Center up for the event. Someone will be on campus all afternoon, so you can decorate your station anytime between the end of the service and 4:00 PM.
• We will have a MANDATORY volunteer meeting at 4:00 PM in the atrium. Please be completely ready at this time.
• Doors will open at 4:30 PM.

PARKING

• During set-up, you may park near the building to aid in bringing your decorations into the building.
• At 3:00 PM, we are asking all workers to park their cars in the grass lot behind the Administration Building.

REFRESHMENTS

• We are encouraging all volunteers to bring water for the event.
• Groups can bring a cooler for their candy station if they like.
• You may also want to bring some snacks as well.
