BELIZE MEDICAL MISSION QUARTERLY TRIPS OVERVIEW

Cornerstone works in close partnership with Kidz Konnect 4 Jesus (KK4J) in the Stann Creek district of Belize. KK4J is a ministry founded by David and Karen Rhodes who are Cornerstone missionaries in Hopkins, Belize. We also support the Zittle family who are based in Silk Grass, Belize.

KK4J’s ministry consists of Christian education in Belizean schools, feeding programs, family ministry, discipleship, skill training, and medical clinics. Since 2011, Cornerstone has been sending quarterly medical teams to Belize under the direction of one of our elders, Dr. Ed Behling.

During these quarterly trips, medical professionals from Cornerstone and other KK4J partner churches provide much-needed medical care in the Stann Creek district of Belize. For many Belizeans in this district, the KK4J clinics serve as their primary non-emergency medical care. Hundreds of patients are seen during these clinics and we are able to have Gospel and discipleship conversations with many of them!

Medical experience is not necessary to participate in these trips.

Pastor Kidannie Laboy and his wife Sara lead this Pillar Network church plant and this will be our first mission trip to serve them!
