God’s plans for us are sometimes hard to understand—especially the ones that cause pain, sadness, or fear. It can make us wonder, “Is God really working for my good through this difficult circumstance?” But we can trust God! His love is limitless, and He has a divine purpose for everything that He brings into our lives. Only God can make beauty from ashes in a way that produces good for us and glory for Himself!

Gather with us as sisters in Christ across our region:

to behold His glory through worship*;

to be challenged through His Word;

and to share our lives with each other in fellowship.

There is NO cost to attend! However, we will collect a love offering for our guest speaker, Dawn Smith Jordan. Dawn has much to share about how God gets the glory through the most tragic of circumstances in our lives. You will be moved and encouraged through her testimony and teaching. We will be serving tasty hors d’oeuvres, so please use the QR code to register so we can prepare for you.

Dawn Smith Jordan is a Christ-follower who began her relationship with Jesus at 9 years old. She is a Christian speaker, singer/songwriter, recording artist and published author. A former Miss South Carolina and 2nd Runner-Up to Miss America, you may have seen her on various TV programs including the Billy Graham Crusade Classics, Forensic Files, or her family’s movie on Netflix. She is the mother of 2 grown children, and as an empty nester, makes her home in Columbia, SC. She loves Jesus, family, friends, sushi, Hallmark movies, and the beach. She is a simple southern woman who is passionate about sharing the message of hope God has written into her life.

We are excited that Cassie Martin, Cornerstone’s worship leader, will be leading us in our times of worship through singing. Cassie has a unique way of pointing others to the beauty of our Savior and focusing our hearts on the Giver of all good gifts. She uses a beautiful blend of the old and the new in her selections. She will be joined by an all-women’s worship team in both of our main sessions.
