Spring Impact

SPRING IMPACT IS BACK!

Now is the chance to leverage your spring break for God’s glory! Spring Impact is back in 2023 with more opportunities for missions (benefiting both local and abroad), activities at the church, and a fun trip to SURGE Adventure Park in Columbia on Saturday before wrapping up the week with our spring picnic at the church on Sunday night! Jesus calls us to make disciples by meeting the needs of others, won’t you join us?!

Wednesday (4/12)

6:00pm – 8:00pm – Big Kickoff (meal, worship, challenge for the week)

Thursday (4/13)

8:00am – Breakfast and group prayer in the SC

9:00am – Depart for mission sites

9:30am – 12:00pm – Mission site one

            MS: OM Ships

            HS: Bethea Retirement Community

12:00pm – Lunch at mission site one

12:30pm – Travel to mission site two

1:00pm – 3:30pm – Mission site two

            MS: Cornerstone Project on campus

            HS: NHC Curriculum & Build Worship Videos (SC)

4:00pm – Reconvene in SC for pickup

Friday (4/14)

8:00am – Breakfast and group prayer in the SC

9:00am – Depart for mission sites

9:30am – 12:00pm – Mission site one

            MS: OM Ships

            HS: House of Hope (The ARC)

12:00pm – Lunch at mission site one

12:30pm – Travel to mission site two

1:00pm – 3:30pm – Mission site two

            MS: Cornerstone’s Smith Dr. House

            HS: NHC Curriculum & Build Worship Videos (SC)

4:00pm – Reconvene in SC for pickup

Saturday (4/15)

8:30am – Leave church (meet at 8:00am)

9:30am – Arrive at SURGE

10:00am-12:00pm – Jump at SURGE

12:30pm – Get to lunch

1:30pm – Depart Columbia

2:30pm – Arrive back at Cornerstone

Sunday – BIG SPRING PICNIC (4/16)

9:00am – Sunday morning worship at Cornerstone – Wear Spring Impact T-shirts and sit in Student Section

6:00pm-8:00pm – BIG SPRING PICNIC

            -Food, floats, dunk tank, obstacle course, competitions, prizes

SPRING IMPACT Item Collection – Paper Products | Student Center | Now through April 26th
  • As part of Spring Impact this year, we will be collecting paper products to donate to the House of Hope in Florence. Students can bring paper products to the Student Center and leave in the marked collection area. Collection begins this week and will run through Wednesday night, April 26th.
  • Items on the House of Hope needs list are:
    • Paper Towels
    • Paper/Styrofoam plates
    • Plastic forks/knives/spoons
    • Plastic/Styrofoam cups
    • Plastic/Styrofoam bowls
    • Napkins
